Cancellation Policy

All trip times are dock to dock or limit. Cancellations are accepted up to 48 hours in advance for a refund of your deposit.

Weather Cancellations

Making your fishing trip memorable is of utmost importance to us; however, we will not put anyone’s safety at risk. Cancellations due to weather are the captain’s decision.

If your trip is cancelled by the Captain for severe weather, your deposit will be refunded in full or another date will be rescheduled. If we leave the harbor and start fishing and the customer decides to stop fishing due to sea sickness or other circumstances, the charter will then be billed at the full rate agreed upon.
